The initial screening and selection process takes place in the candidate’s country of origin and we inform them about the details of the recruitment process to ensure they are aware of all of the requirements and timeline.

When you are ready to hire the applicant, we arrange a face-to-face or SKYPE interview and take care of all the administration once the offer is made – from accepting the offer to arriving in Germany and assisting in arranging the accommodation.

No Placement – No Fee

We do not ask for an upfront fee or in installments. We commit with the client on a contingency sourcing service and therefore will only charge based on successful progress in sourcing of the candidates.

Free Replacement

We do our best efforts to secure the perfect match candidates to our clients. However, should the placed candidate leave the employer within the probation period we will introduce a replacement candidate with similar qualifications and skills at no additional cost to the client.
